Poor Service - Skitterblink Highlands

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I texted this company to book a deep cleaning of my home, and the lady called me to confirm what I needed. I was very specific that I needed a spring cleaning: all cupboards cleaned, carpets deep cleaned, windows, refrigerators—everything.

I received a quote for R2412 and paid it instantly. The team arrived, and there was a bit of confusion from the ladies when they got to my house. They were very rude until the manager arrived. Then they got up from where they were sitting and got ready to work. I left them at 08:30 am until they called me at 3:30 pm (7 hrs) to say they were done.

To my surprise, when I got home, the cupboards were only wiped on the outside, but I specified that I wanted them cleaned inside and out. My quote had the exact same thing, inside and out (included a screenshot of the quote below). My carpets were extremely wet; they didn't suck out as much water as possible, to the extent that the carpet smelled like a damp dog for 4 days straight. I called another company, and they came and rewashed them and cleaned my house again. The carpets were dry in a day and a half.

Later that night, I discovered that they damaged my sockets—two in the sitting room, one in the master bedroom, and one in the second bedroom. I'm guessing this was caused by the machine they used to clean the carpets.

When I reached out to them, they told me that they don't clean inside cupboards, refrigerators, and ovens unless the owner requests it. Then why quote me for it and charge me for a service they claim I didn't ask for? If I didn't want it, I would have requested them to amend the quote. There was a lot of gaslighting in the voice note they sent, which just made me not want to work with them again.

They offered to send a team for 1 hour or send 1 person for the whole day. One hour to fix such a flimsy job? It took the other company that came 5 days after them the whole day to fix their messy job. And they think 1 hour will sort it out? What a joke.

If you are looking for professional deep cleaning of your home, look elsewhere and avoid these ****mers. They are just grifters, and their staff is poorly supervised. What they did in my home is not cleaning; they basically drenched my carpets with water and left them super wet and wiped my cupboards for 7 hours!

IN MY OPINION, DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE. They have a good business model but lack the expertise to execute it well. Their staff is also subpar in their cleaning; they left wipe marks on my windows. Like, what the heck, you can't even do that right?
