Poor cleaning services

very disappointed. once off cleaning . main concern was stove and showers they quoted 4 hours ...when I got back after 4 hours...they hadn't even started the stove and oven cleaning and place was a mess....no courtesy call half way to inform me there may be overtime ....only call was to say they need to take half hour lunch..the flat was empty relatively new 2 bed ..70 sq.... 4 cleaning ladies yet no time management it seems. They looks like they tackle the relatively easy areas at a snail's pace and leave the difficult areas for last so now you stuck having to let them finish and pay OT...also there are these white shoe stains on my ceramic floor tiles made by the staff..They couldn't remove the black stains in the shower and the stove top was poor attempt and a rushed job becuase it was done at the end and that meant serious OT. I will now have to do furhter cleaning R2340 later....
