Not happy with service

I am very disappointed in Veronica and her team as well as Joe the owner. They are rude and they think the client is lying when they say the place is not clean. Some people I know are happy, but I think they had a different team. I wanted the place clean for my new tenant, and now I have to let them move into a place that is still dirty.
