Horrific Management - George Skitterblink

If I could give a Skitterblink George a minus, I would. Management does not take responsibility for their work. The cleaners are not treated with respect. Poor communication with managers. When I wanted to provide feedback about why we will no longer use their services, I was accused of being unprofessional, and Louise put the phone down while I was talking.

We were looking for other cleaning services for the past month now and finally found another company and was relieved when we no longer made use of Skitterblink's services. The cleaners are lovely. Management is the problem.

On one occasion, we got home and saw the cleaners are gone while the windows were left open, the fridge still dirty, the bedding not doen properly. When we contact management, they put their phones off. Another time, Whatsapp messages were received from them that came across as if a child was typing. There was spelling mistakes and we as clients were treated as if we were bothering them.

It also came to our attention that the cleaners were not treated with respect and the work culture was not good.
