Disappointing service

Ordered a skip bin on Friday, was told it would be delivered on Monday, then Tuesday and Then Wednesday before 12h00. I have been making contact constantly but no luck with an ETA. Terrible service empty promises. Please rather use WestWaste , exceptional service and brilliant.
