Attitude from business owner Skip a go

I had the very unpleasant experience of dealing with a very rude and arrogant mr. Coventry. Mr Coventry had to collect a skip from my house which he then claimed was overloaded. Never was I informed of the correct level of the skip. He said that he told my domestic worker and the buliders on site twice what the level was. My domestic worker said that he did not even great her nor spoke to her. He phoed me shouted at me over the phone this whilst I was at work and then dropped the phone in my ear. The threatened to come and only pick up the skip next week Wednesday after I only ordered it for two days. He charged me R450 extra because he said that he will have to make another trip to my house to pick it up. I will gladly pay the R450 to get this man out of my life. I need to warn customers not to ever make use of him. It is a pity as he is doing a lot of damage to other people who invest in the same company.
