I have been Humbled

First time buyer with Skins. Was innitially Appauled by the service when i placed an order for some samples for my wife to try. Skins booked the Collection then rejected the courier when they came to collect. They never contacted me or anything. When i saw the tracking, I Emailed them to ask whats happening. Anathi rep**** Advising that they dont have boxes for the Skins Samples. So she asked me if she can send it in a skins Sleeve or must she cancel the order.

At this point i was SO angry because it was a suprise for my wife which would lead up to me buying her a 100ml bottle of her choice once she sampled the perfume. I asked them to Send the samples but i did so in a very rude manner which i regret totally.

When i called Skins, Anathi answered and when i spoke to her, I instantly regretted acting like a total jerk. Anathi Went out of her way to Make a plan for the Items to get wrapped in a box, even though its not the skins Box. And she handled the situation like a true Legend.

Parcel was delivered today, and I was even more shocked to what levels Anathi went to make this right. She has taught me a very valuable lesson. To not act like a Clown/Jerk and to pick up the phone, Call the company and come to a solution in a civilised manner.

I humbly apologize Anathi and SKins Cosmetics. You Have given me a new outlook and Direction on how to resolve things. I appreciate how you handled things and You have truely Humbled me.
