Traumatic Facial and Hollywood experience

I booked for two treatments : Deep cleanse facial and Hollywood. Once I had gotten home I discovered that the Hollywood was not completed thoroughly and there had been wax left in my private area. The morning after, I woke up with a bruise on my face from extractions, as part of the deep cleanse facial. I went back to the Brooklyn Mall branch - to voice my grievance and was told to use the soothing gel I bought on my own account the day of the treatments. Horrible and traumatic experience.
