Skinphd!!!

I visited SkinPhD done skin analysis consultant said i need to buy products which i did. I broke out. When i contacted them to explain they required from me to go back and purchase another product which i have to pay for again i feel it's unfair the products are in my cupboard unused. So what do i do with it?
