The owner is Reneesha Roopsigh whose employee Amanda was attempting to ***** from my handbag during a massage session. Reneesha was not helpful in divulging the employee's correct name and identity number details. The manager had the sudacity to say she doesn't know the employee''s surname! Reneesha did not introduce herself to me by name nor inform me that she was the owner. Neither did she ask me my name! She had the audacity to say thst I mist not be charged even thougj we had been even half way through the session when the technician had been attempting to take my bsg of the hook from the start of the session. She pretended that she was warming her hands at the oppodite end to the water basin where she made the tap run and she went to my bag which was on the opposite end!
