Great service and friendly staff

The store is absolutely gorgeous with friendly staff and great service. It's the perfect place to unwind. The only issue I have is the increase in pricing with no prior communication. 2 years ago I installed an extension in my hair, I was told the pricing for the intial ordering and installing and then the monthly fee to maintain with a bump up. In 2026, I did exactly the same. Expecting a slight increase in everything, however, I found after my bump up that the price of removing the same extension and reinstaling would cost R1400, which a year ago was R400. I was not notified of this massive price increase, this isn't the only treatment I book at the store. I was not very happy, because it's not feasible to spend R1400 on hair every second month. Had I known this from the beginning, I wouldn't have installed something that needed to be maintained at that price.
