Harold Skinn Tattoo and Body Piercing

My review on this artist as I am allowed to leave an honest review.

Harold likes to make friends with his clients by so he wins them over for his manipulation. I've been his client for 5 years, but the last 1 year he became very unprofessional. He started to struggle financially and therefore he had ways of getting money out of you. Take note that never in this 5 years was I notified of an amount of cancellation fee, deposit fee nor any other details regarding services. He cancelled so many times in the past and I had to accept it. The moment you start talking to him about a new design he constantly asks for money. He can't give you an amount and rather asks you to give an amount by that he gets the most out of you. He asked me the one time for money to buy his child a bike. The other time he asked for money to buy his child food. Ofcourse you care when it involves a child and then you pay for sercives not even delivered yet. After the last booking I made he started harassing me everyday to ask for payment as he needs to buy cereal for his child. I told him that I get money at month end, which is still before the booking date. After I made the payment he started to become an ashole and started lies of how he struggles with me. Am I not the client paying him for a service or what ? As well as after the payment and him becoming rude, he all of the sudden said an amount that is non returnable for cancellation fee as I have cancelled because of his unprofessionalism. Remeber...never in this 5 years was I told of cancellation fee verbally or written. He already used my money for his child spending time with him the weekend and that he cant give any amount back and I have to wait 15 days to get something. How can you take my money without services...thats theft ?

I want to advice you out there to rather go to other more professional tattoo artist than using his business which is de registered according to him yet he takes my money and domt give it back after I dont want his poor services.
