Feeling ****med

I purchased goods on Monday (06/07/2020), it is now Friday (10/07/2020), this is an online company, it’s been 5 days and I haven’t even received a tracking number For my parcel. While I’m aware that 5 days isn’t the longest time, what bothers me, is the fact that this company does not respond to emails, nor do they answer calls. In fact I tried calling the number given on their website, at first it rang, then I noticed they switched their phone off and now it goes straight to voicemail. Starting to feel ****med.
