No value for money

I have gone to Skin Solutions annually on my trips to Umhlanga during December. I generally leave feeling underwhelmed and ********** but return in the hope that the experience would get better based on Dr Naidoo's active social profiles. The social pages of this practice conveys a great friendly service from an aesthetics doctor who is well known in the community. However if you are not one of the social butterflies of Umhlanga Rocks you can be assured the worst treatment. Last year I did a R 2000 treatment with them, I lay in the treatment room with the mask for about 45 minutes, with no interaction from the the****** and as for the doctor, I didn't even get a hello from her when I passed her at reception. Most recently I did their Fire and Ice treatment. A R 900 treatment that lasts about 20 minutes compared to other clinics that take about 40 minutes to deliver the treatment in a "luxurious" way and at a lower price. The results are absolutely the SAME. Therefore a word of advice for anyone wanting to go to Skin Solutions based on what you see on social media - Please re-consider unless you are an influencer or an Umhlanga Socialite.
