Skin Republic fails to impress

Despite sending messages on socials as well as to the company website contact, I have heard nothing back from Skin Republic. I purchased their foot peel product from Clicks and used as per the instructions. A week later, nothing has peeled as promised by all the reviews. I feel it was a waste of my hard earned money, and am disappointed they arent replying to my queries. I wont recommend or support this product or brand.
