Skin Renewal Clinic Umhlanga

I had an appointment on the 20th December 2017 and paid a R450 consult fee before the appointment.

On seeing the doctor, i was advised that i should see my gp just to confirm there isnt an underlying issue. The consult was not even 15mins to which the doctor said if the gp does confirm its a neurological issue, she cannot take the R450 consult so i can use the R450 for another treatment at skin Renewal clinic in umhlanga.

I emailed skin Renewal clinic umhlanga on the 26 March 2018 after being busy with other treatments regarding my eye with other doctors, i did not receive a response so i called in on the 28th March to which i was told the consult fee cannot be given back or used due to the 3 month expiry period. I was not told about this 3 month expiry period by the doctor or on any of the emails received confirming my appointment and receipt of payment.

So i have lost out on R450 because i was not told of company policy.
