****** and Unprofessional

I consulted Doctor Giovanni at the Skin Renewal in illovo for my ***mentation concerns. I was charged a non refundable R500 for the consult with the GP and this can't be claimed via medical aid. He advised that I was too dark on the FPS scale, however advised that I can proceed with the Accutip for ***ment as he agreed that peels will not be of any benefit to me. He advised that I go on a 2 week treatment to prep my skin before the session and had to pay another R1100. I took the day off to perform the treatment. The appointment was 9:30 in the morning, upon my arrival at the reception, the the****** Angelique Rademeyer, greeted and informed me that she would be be performing the treatment and thereafter proceeded in haste to inform me that I'm not the right skin colour for the treatment and that that I'm too dark for it and doesn't understand why the doctor would advise that I could do it. She continued to embarrass me by openly slanding my skin concerns in the reception area infront of everyone, I asked her if we could please go to a consulting room and talk about it, she proceeded to continue talking openly about my skin and and how I'm not the right candidate until we reached the consulting rooms. In the room she continued to tell me she can't do and that the doctor himself should do it as I could sue her if it went wrong and she could loose her job. She consulted her trainer and then told me if I was little fairer she may have tried but I'm too dark for it. I advised her that I took the day off and spend a lot of time and money prepping my skin only to arrive and be told it's not possible. She said she would call the owner Tanya who did not answer her phone in order to resolve this. The manager of the store Maryke just sat there and did absolutely nothing about the situation and the Angelique the the****** still wanted to show me more products to purchase even though they had just wasted my time and money! Absolutely disgusting, I will not support such a ****** and unprofessional company. It is now 4pm and no one has called from Skin Renewal, the head office also has no response. This is unacceptable behaviour and business practice.
