Don't waste your money

I changed branches and tried to get an eyebrow lift at Fourways branch, the Dr told me she knew what she was doing and injected 14 shots (previously at Cape Quarter branch I only needed 10 shots which worked well) so i was firstly shocked when paying that there was an extra 4 billed - fine, I paid R1120. 2 weeks went by and still no eyebrow lift, frown lines were still there on forehead and between eyebrows. I went back and was treated by a different Dr who offered 2 free treatments to move the botox around and activate the botox. I asked about cecarelli for my cheeks and he recommended botox first to relax masseter muscle - i didn't grind my teeth or clench before but after the botox i couldn't stop clenching and now have very sensitive teeth (I paid over R5000). I went to my first treatment to move botox on forehead but no change still! I went to my 2 week follow up with same Dr and told him that both procedures were unsuccessful, his recommendation was more botox injections at a cost to me and 2 more treatments to move botox not only on my eyebrows and now my cheeks! followed by more weekly visits! This is ridiculous, i dont understand when BOTH treatments do not work and one left me with more medical problems than i came in with, why must i keep forking out more money!! Why must i pay for a procedure that never worked in the first place? Is there an Ombudsman for cosmetic procedures? Even worse when i phoned to speak to Dr, because i was in so much pain from clenching my jaw tight the person who picked up basically told me to wait for my next appointment which was days away, there was no initiative to contact the Dr and ask for a solution, only when i complained did they call the Dr. If a patient calls in pain how is there no concern or urgency in the matter?
