Violent Behaviour - Owner of SKIN PHD Mall @ Reds

Went to Skin PHD at Mall at Reds. upon arrival there was a delay in me being attended to as a result to. My consultant was away which required me to wait for her. The treatment I received was not as per my appointment and I was told that they could assist with advertised items, eg nail art. When paying I tried to use my joining voucher as per the Skin PHD App. The owner rudely says he didn't know about it, sat on his phone to find out about the promotion. After waiting for a while I told him that I will pay the full amount as I was not happy with the service since arrival. He screamed at me and asked me if I was unhappy because I was not getting the treatment for free even though I just said I will be paying despite the voucher. He then violently grabbed my card as it would not tap to insert in the card machine. Absolutely frightening and awful experience especially from an owner.
