Poor Service

I went to Skin on Plein for a nail treatment and manicure. Firstly the directions took me to the old location. Did not get an apology as a customer for this rather a snooty we told you we moved. Which no one did. Secondly I got charged more than what the price is on the website for the treatment. The Poor IT personal got blamed for that. The overall customer experience with Skin on Plein was horrible and I would not recommend it to anyone.
