UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISORGANISED
Unprofessional and disorganised. I ordered for delivery and only got confirmation that my order was received. No further communication was sent to keep me informed of the status of my order. I emailed them requesting an update and the rudest and most unprofessional person called me accusing me of lying about not receiving an update. She then tell me it was probably a mistake as they “usually” send emails. I cancelled my order and will never be ordering from them again.
