Expired product replacement

I bought some Skin Functional Products from Takealot, once received. I noticed the one serum not having a good consistency almost as if its expired. I contacted Skin Functional to inquire about the product and whether it was supposed to have undiluted particles present. Kevin assured me it was not right and sent me a replacement even though I did not purchase the product from them directly. Great and friendly customer service to match great products, thanks guys!
