Inexperienced staff

I had a very bad n painful experience with skin deep Polokwane at thornhill. I did nose piercing which was a failure they couldn’t pierce me to my satisfaction as they said my skin is thick but i paid 350 for that n did not even get a refund. What kind of business makes customers pay for failure service? I want my money back so that i can go to ppl who knows how to pierce. On top of that they made me but another nose ring for 230 from other shop with hope that the ring will fit, so all in all I have spent 580 for nonsense
