Waste of money!
I visited Skin Renewal in Parktown North to get rid of the bags under my eyes. I was given fillers by the doc who decided to put way too much filler one side more than the other. A day later my face was swollen and bruised on one side and when I called the branch they said it was normal. Well that was a lie, it was not normal and after the swelling on my face went down I was left with one of my side being much larger than the other and after a few weeks of living with an uneven face. I eventually had to go back and pay to get more fillers done on the left side of my face so it could look more even to the right side. After having spent more than R7000 rand in less than two months. I am completely unsatisfied as now that all the swelling has gone done, I still have the same bags under my eyes and now the skin under my eyes is even darker and I look worse off then where started! I would caution anyone thinking of getting treatments at this branch.

Filler injections commonly cause mild swelling and bruising; this is to be expected in up to 80% of cases, and usually resolves within a few days. It can also occur that the filler appears to be uneven initially, if more is absorbed by one side of the body. The corrective action to take is to inject slightly more as needed approximately 2 weeks after the initial injection, as we have done, which I am glad has resulted in perfect evenness and symmetry for you. As per our telephonic conversation, we would like to see you at your earliest convenience to evaluate and address the dark circles.
