Skin renewal Bedfordview laser treatment gone wrong

I went to skin renewal village view in bedford view for treatment of my scars instead I got burnt during a laser treatment, it seems the lady who attended me set it up too high, the pain I went through and the impact it had on my skin was terrible. Now on top of the scars that I have, I now have dark black scars. They however did try treating the burnt scarring but on my last visit the doctor said I now had to pay for the next procedures of which I wanted them to deal with the scars on my skin. My life has been ruined due to this ordeal I can't even wear short sleeve tops without pple asking why I have dark scars, 8 now have low self esteem. I would have rather remained with my scars without them being burnt and looking so dark as they are. I kept all pictures as evidence of what I went through. I feel I was treated unfairly as I was even told to buy different creams during their procedure to treat the burnt.
