Skin Renewal
Made an appointment at Skin Renewal Stellenbosch to have a growth on my head checked. The doc burnt it with nitric oxide and told me it didn't look malignant and told me to come back for a check in a few weeks after selling me R3,5k of creams.
The growth just got bigger and on my follow up he just burnt it again. Eventually I went to a dermatologist who cut it out and sent it to the lab to find out that it was in fact a malignant squamous cell carcinoma, I was referred to a plastic surgeon.
My issue us that the Skin Renewal guy didn't know what he was doing which was outright dangerous. The consequences could have been bad.
