Greedy establishment ,dont care about clients at all ,no call back as promised

I had demamelan treatment last September for my hyper***mentation which initially cost me around R20,000 excluding all the following treatments I had to have and expensive products I was expected to buy .I initially saw Dr Xander in Johannesburg who I also had a bad experience but I transferred to Durban and saw Dr Merle a few months ago because my initial good effect from the peel has almost completely reversed and the dermamelan cream( a hefty R7000 for a small pot) also wasn't working for me anymore.I was advised by Taz the nurse to have some laser treatments to help but it didn't so I asked to see the doctor as I'm unemployed and these treatments are costing me .So she didnt seem to keen on helping me to tailor-make a cheaper more cost-effective option for me ,though she promised to call me after consulting with her head office.This was months ago and I've never heard back from them .I've probably spent more than 30-40K at this company including treatments,and products and this is how I'm treated ?? It seems like you have this set program (I know because it's typed up before you walk in the door at all your branches ) and no matter what a person's situation or individual problem is , you will just be prescribed the most expensive treatment.I know it is my choice at the end of the day but you don't seem to care or even try to tailor-make a program for someone who has been with you for some time and has invested so much money even while being unemployed (I needed my skin to look good as I was applying for customer-facing jobs ) Disappointing especially since my money is wasted and my problem has completely returned even though I am not eating dairy, staying out of the sun and wearing SPF 50 ,as advised.
