Highly unprofessional salon with a rude owner or manager

Worst Experience Ever. Claims to be a professional salon which follows strict Covid protocols. On arrival my husband had to ask the stylist to put on a mask! How unpproffesional? If he didn't ask he wouldn't have. Secondly the stylist told my husband he started in January, which means his new. He indicated he can only use a machine for shaves and can't use a blade to shave or clean behind the ears. What kind stylist is this. He said he couldn't offer the services they advertised like a steam shave as he is new and can't use a blade or razor. When I discussed this with the manager or owner Ilhaam, she wouldn't even attempt to solve the matter, asked to drive there and go in to discuss when there's other means of communication. She wouldn't even talk to the stylist or apologize to the customer but defended her stylist even though she wasn't present to hear what he stated. She just blatantly says she knows her stylists, meaning she knows every word they speak behind closed doors when she's not there. What kind business can run like this. I don't recommend skin and body man in Lenasia to anyone. Please rather use professional places.
