Riri Skin Beauty

My serum arrived with the seal broken, it was thick and sludgy and there was hardly anything in the bottle. I couldn't even fill the dropper! its supposed to be 30mls.My money wasted and I lost 3 weeks waiting for delivery! I've received no response from Riri skin beauty. Extremely disappointing!
