Left me for more than 45min with a numb cream

I'm very upset. I had a 1pm appointment with skin Aesthetica. Arrived at 12:40 for numb cream before my Dermapen treatment. 13:30 the the****** still has not attended to me. I then dressed up and walked out of the therapy room. It was shocking that the receptionist had to call her from upstairs and she was busy coloring her hair, I am very angry considering the amount of money that we pay for these treatments. Respect goes a long way. With this experience, I will never go back again. I actually want my refund of advanced payments made towards them.?
