Dishonest car service

On 16 August 2024 my Honda CRV was booked for an oil change and replacing the oil filter. To my surprise the invoice came to R 1 846.90. The following work was done without my permission. (Do general check over. Check & clean front & rear brakes. Tighten & lubricate suspension. Do diagnostic test.) When approaching the owner I was told that it is standard procedure. The same incident occurred on 10 May 2024 when the invoice for my wife's Mini Cooper came to R 2 403.50
