Bad service
I would not recommend this app. I've paused a membership with them - thus no fees should be deducted. But every month they still deduct their fee. In August month I already informed them that they should refund me the subscription fee as the membership is not active. I received a response from Corne that they will look into it and get back to me. Its now been 4 months later and 4 payments later and this issue is still not resolved. Never heard back from Corne either. Very unprofessional.

The cancellation process is fully automated but requires correct client input, which was repeatedly explained in emails. After 4 months, the client eventually used this option which cancelled the subscription immediately.
