Unprofessional in every way

My husband starting emailing his CV's to many companies. Furthermore James from Skill Tech Labour contacted my husband with regards to an interview and job in the Low veld.My husband travelled all the way to Nelspruit on our costs of course.Everything sounded positive.Due to his eagerness I guess the job fell through.After this James contacted my husband again for a job in Brits and everything went well.He then phoned my husband (bear in mind that James is a recruiter NOT a labour hire company)asking my husband to leave site.My husband did so and then contacted my husband a day later after which I emailed my husbands boss after getting legal advice stating that we are intact going to the CCMA.James was very rude.I adviced James to please stay out of this matter as his commission was paid and he infact had no more doings with this dispute.After which he climbed into my character.I asked him to apologise to me which he refused and yet again climbed into my character. Please note that there are a lot of recruitment agencies and rather in further make use of them.
