S****dragon Bitcoin mining 2nd factor issues

I had to re-install my 2nd factor authentication on my phone. Now I cannot get into the website to link my authenticator with my account. I have tried numerous times to make contact and resolve the issue with the online website "contact us" form, but no one is coming back to me to resolve the issue. This is now more than a month that I cannot get into the site to withdraw my Bitcoins. There is also no alternative way to make contact with them. I
