BAD ATTITUDE-NO PEOPLE SKILLS

Good morning, this morning I was send a statement -on the statement there was a credit of R4006.01 I send e -mail back, asking what the credit was for-and was my payments allocated to invoices I have paid. Then I get phone by Geane from your accounts- she is RUDE and has no knowledge of how to speak to clients- when told her I don't appreciate the way she talks to me then she got even more polite- And all I wanted to know was what the credit was for-and I also said to her that I was never phoned before for a recon, and if there was a problem they could have phoned me- then I get told you should know you need to send a recon we can't phone everyone for recons, now that is rude-I never had problems before only know!!! I then told het I feel sorry for your company cause if that is the way your staff speak to your clients then there is a big problem--then surely you will loose clients. Don't worry I get told we know how to deal with our clients- Myself is the owner of my<br> business and NEVER ever will I speak to any customer like that-if it's not for our clients we won't have a business. Please I will appreciate if you could get this matter resolved cause this is just not acceptable.
