Replacement upgraded knapsack sprayer.

Previous review I explained I purchased a cordless battery operated ingco garden sprayer R 2,000.00 After 18 months was faulty and no available spares. Skillcraft contacted me by e mail and offered to replace the item with an upgraded model. Big disappointment when I opened the box of the new replacement manual knapsack R500.00 that was delivered to my home. I am 80 years old and cannot use a manual sprayer. Very disapointed with their service.
