Breach of Contract after they made me love my previous employer

In February this year I was recruited by two gentlemen from where I was working in Huawei as a Telecoms Technician to come an work for them at Skhosana Networks.I started to join them in March of wich they emailed the contract,then that at that very March they gave me a salary of R5k and no tools no bakkie,n August I was still not working but they were paying me then they gave me a bakkie and Tools but still left out a Telkom Identity Card Wich I couldn't work with out.then end of August I didn't get my full salary then September and October I also didn't get paid.When I call them they do not answer my calls I have tried everything in my power to resolve this but I'm being ignored.
