Extremely bad service from SKG properties in East London

very bad service at building the house in EL, they delayed the building project which resulted in me having to pay for property levies and other services of the complex which I was not receiving. and they did not want to provide the building schedule they are following. Worse than everything they are not responding on any mail of escalation sent to them through their *** mail which is said to be the mail to use for any escalations or complains
