Customer Service

On my side, I do not have a good experience with the company. I have struggled to get assistance and solutions. The person who managed to assist me is a lady by the name Shaumica. She put effort up until I was assisted even though my issue has not been resolved yet but Shaumica has been good at her service and consistent in assisting me. I would like to commend her for her good work and urge her to keep it up. Overall, she deserves 7/10.
