Updating of profile on credit bureaus

I have an account with direct axis where they did not contact me in the 5 years I app**** for prescription on that account which they referred me to Skeleton, I got in contact with a woman named Roland David who advised me that the account was closed and than told her that it still reflects on my profile and should be removed as when you apply for prescription your details should be updated on all credit bureaus, she than told that she will not updated and I can go public with this as she is not afraid she point blanks refuse to do what she is expected to do.
