Collision - Driver not paying attention!

Absolutely shocked by the way Skedadel handles driver safety and customer support. One of their delivery drivers rear-ended our vehicle while actively doing deliveries, clearly not paying proper attention to the road. To make matters worse, it appears their drivers are operating without insurance cover!
