Skedadal - Flambos Beaconvale

I ordered online from Flambos Beaconvale on the 23 December 2022. The restaurant never accepted my order and I canceled. As per their cancelation policy, should the restaurant not accept your order, you're allowed to cancel and get a full refund. Its the 4 January 2023 and I still haven't received my refund. My messages are being read on the Skedadel app but they don't have the decency to reply! I want my money back!!!!!!!!!
