Zero customer service !!

I will never purchase another product from skechers SA ever again , they have displayed such poor customer service from the sales floor right to the Country manager , I purchased a pair of shoes for my daughter today at the Mall of Africa branch , the sales person forgot to mention a critical piece of information, that should I need to exchange a sale item , I would need to come back to the store of origin , when I got home my daughter tried on the shoes and it was too small , I immediately went to my nearest branch to exchange which is Clearwater only to be told they are unable to assist, even though they had the correct size . I then proceeded to contact Chris - the “Country manager “ to ask for his assistance and once again I was met with someone unwilling to assist , when I asked for Chris’s line managers details to escalate my complaint , I was told “there is no one higher then me to deal with operational queries of this nature” . My issue is Mall of africa is not around the corner for me , and it is now a massive inconvenience as I was informed the exchange needs to be effected by Monday , I have yet to encounter another outlet that handles exchanges in this manner ! @Chris, seeing that you are the head of operations , just some advice , perhaps you should go back to basics , educate your staff on the product they are selling as well as company SOP’s and operations to prevent this going forward ! Totally unacceptable!!
