worst brand out there

<p>I purchased a pair of sketchers takkies from the Canal walk store in may . there website guarantees the product for 6000km. and by September it was breaking . i contacted the store and then sorry can’t help. i contacted there USA office and was advised to contact the distributor for the middle east and Africa. that took another 1 and half months for the Dubai office to say they will replace or repair but the SA team would contact me . 2 weeks later I received a mail via the Dubai office that sorry they can’t help but would offer me a 25% discount on anything i buy from them. they fail to honor their own guarantees since the distribution has been taken over by brand-foliollc . and give their customers a run around to get out of CPA.</p>
