Truly unaceptable service from them or lack off.

So for a couple of years now ive been wearing Skechers as my work and going out shoes.<br> As its incredibly light and comfortable.<br> <br> Im looking to buy a new pair. And found a pair im interested in.<br> I went onto their website a week ago.<br> Sent them a email with name of Skechers model Im looking for and asked if they can get it for me.<br> Or have in stock, As the shops normally have very little range.<br> <br> Ive had zero response from them. A person would expect a premium shoe brand would have better customer relations. But reckon they are just not worried about customers.<br> Ive even submitted emails to the overseas head office to ask why they allow this type of service.<br> <br> Truly not an acceptable way to treat customers.
