Terrible customer service at Skechers East Rand Mall

I had a terrible experience at Skechers East Rand Mall. I went there to buy shoes for my mother, the lady whom I practically beg to assist us was very rude,unfriendly and not willing to help us at all. To the point where I realised she was not even willing to inform my mother about the different shoe's offered. I had to ask a gentleman to assist us. Thanks to him we managed to get the perfect shoes for my mother.
