Terrible and great service Sketchers

<p>We visited Sketchers at Eastgate on Sunday 16 July 2017. We stood in the shop and looked at shoes and were ignored by the staff. When they finally deigned to help us, their attitude was not great. My sister-in-law wears a size 5 shoe and none of the shoes she wanted was in stock at that size. The reason they gave was that this was a popular size. She spoke to a man, I'm not sure if he was the stock manager and told him that if the size 5 was so popular they should order more in that size. His response was to shrug. We decided we'd had enough and left.</p> <p> </p> <p>We went to their East Rand Mall branch and were helped by Lerato. What a difference! She was attentive, helpful and was a very good saleswoman. My sister-in-law left having spent just under R8000-00 on shoes. Your loss East Gate! We will never shop at that branch again.</p>
