Skechers South Africa a **** and FNB (First National Bank) turns a blind eye

Consumers, Skecherssouthafrica.co.za is a ****! I placed an online order, payed with credit card for about R1600, seen all the **** reviews on Hellopeter and directly called FNB(First National Bank) to pend/cancel transaction 5 minutes but they refuse. I filled in a form for FNB ***** Dept (as requested by FNB) but they also advise that they can not do anything for me and turn their back on their clients. Now they want proof of emails from them, proof of calls etc BUT, there is not email address or phone number on their website. You can only communicate by "contact us" which you dont get any reply or proof of the message as its directly on the website! Anyway, Im busy closing my accounts with FNB but please dont get caught by this ****.
