Skechers SA **** or don’t care?

On the 15th I ordered a pair of sneakers on their website https://www.skechers-south-africa.co.za and was directed to their 3D secure payment portal. I made the payment and verified the payment on my banking app.

When I returned to the site there was a warning that my order should not be honored because my payment failed.

When I looked on my bank there was a transaction for a ‘thehousesgoods.com’ company and a USD transaction.

I then went to the site and ‘contact is’ to i form them their payment portal have been hacked…I did that 2 days later again and still nothing.

So I don’t know if the site is also a **** or do Skecher SA just not care that their clients are being ****med.
