Skechers employees rude and unwilling to help children with disabilities

Last week Sunday my father treated the grandkids, my daughter of 4 and my son if 2 to new shoes. We live out of town and come in in the week for her schooling in a special needs school as she has autism. Our day to day situation is far from perfect and this generous gift was something to be very excited about. However the staff at the Rosebank branch was beyond rude. Firstly no attempt was made to assist us as the staff rather preferred to chat among each other instead of helping customers. After numerous looks being exchanged I had to physically walk over and ask for assistance. By this time my kids were very busy and although we wanted to purchase 4 pairs of shoes only 1 staff member reluctantly offered assistance. We wanted a certain shoe, but they didn't have it in the size we needed, no offer was made to find out if it can be found at another branch. Instead she tried to force my daughter in a size too small. Upon giving my daughter instructions, which she didn't understand, she made the comment that my daughter is not very clever. My mommyheart was breaking, I tried to explain. We got shoes a d after making payment, she told me my children were the naughtiest she has ever witnessed and had a nice laugh about it. I left the shop in tears. Wanted to return all the shoes but my daughter was in love with them. One pair doesn't fit but I can't stomach to lay eyes on that staff again so I can't return it and it is unopened in my closet. So disappointed
